Gladder's Gourmet Cookies, Inc. acquired by DGG Group, LLC.
AUSTIN, Texas, September 27, 2011 -- Gladder’s Gourmet Cookies, Inc., based in Lockhart, Texas, has been acquired by DGG Group, LLC. Gladder’s Gourmet manufactures frozen and refrigerated cookie dough, which is distributed throughout the United States. Gladder’s Gourmet has developed a unique process which has enabled their entry into the retail grocery, foodservice, and other markets. The company was founded in 1985 by John Glader, who passed away in 2006. Dusty Baker, John’s wife, has been leading the company since that time.
DGG Group, LLC, based in Austin, Texas, also operates as G2 Farms. The principals have over 40 years experience in the food industry, primarily supplying to national retail accounts.
