Corporate Investment Represents Home Health Services Company Petra Health, Inc. in Acquisition

Austin, Texas – December 7, 2010  – Corporate Investment, a business brokerage in Austin, Texas specializing in business sales, mergers and acquisitions, represented Petra Health, Inc. of San Antonio during the business sales process. A strategic buyer in the home health industry has acquired all of the shares of Petra Health, Inc. in a cash transaction.

Established in 2005, Petra Health is a Medicare Certified provider of skilled nursing home health services in Bexar County and all contiguous counties. The acquiring company noted that Petra Health provides an excellent entry into the central Texas and specifically the San Antonio market, which is expected to experience significant growth for the next several years.

Dwight Sweeney, a business broker with Corporate Investment, represented the seller. Internal executives within the acquiring company led the buyside team.
