Corporate Investment is pleased to announce that Allstate Plumbing has been acquired by L2M Group, LLC. Corporate Investment served as the exclusive financial advisor to Allstate Plumbing throughout the transaction, which closed in August 2021.
Allstate Plumbing is an Austin based commercial and residential plumbing company.
Allstate Plumbing specializes in providing 24/7 services including backflow prevention, bathroom and kitchen remodels, boilers and pumps, camera inspections and drain cleaning, fixture repair and replacement, gas lines and testing, hydro jetting, leak detection and repair, scheduled maintenance, sewer line (and system) repair and replacement, toilets installation and repair, tunnel drain replacement, water heaters/tankless water heaters, and water softener installation. Founded in 2002, Allstate Plumbing is a well-known company serving the Greater Austin Area.
